1/4 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup coriander leaves
3-4 cloves of garlic
Small piece of ginger
Oil
1 medium size onion
1 tsp Jeera
2 cloves
1 black cardamom
1 cardamom
1/2 inch piece of cinnamon
1 bay leaf
4-5 piece of whole black pepper
1 piece of whole dried red chilli
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
Salt to taste
Coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 cup rice
1/4+1/4 lemon
