Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic chopped
1 tsp ginger chopped
¼ cup onion chopped
¼ cup carrot
¼ cup capsicum
¼ cup beans
¼ cup peas
½ cup cabbage
¼ cup green onion
2 cups water
1 tbsp salt
1 cup pasta
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp oregano powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp green onion
Process
In a wok add oil, garlic, ginger, onion, carrot, capsicum, beans, peas, cabbage, green onion, saule all. Add water, and salt mix them well.
Add pasta and cook for 8 – 10 minutes (until pasta and vegetables are completely cooked).
Add paper powder, oregano, lemon juice, and 2 tbsp green onion and mix them well.
Serve it hot. Garnish with green onion.
