2. Vegan breakfast. 210 calories (1 serving).

Ingredients. 7 oz small potatoes cubed. (boiled). 1/4 medium yellow onion. olive oil. 1/2 small red bell pepper. 2 oz button mushrooms. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp paprika. salt and black pepper. 2 oz spinach.

3. Easy Blueberry muffins. 120 calories (1 serving).

Ingredients. 1 egg. 1/2 cup unsweetned almond milk. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 cup apple sauce. 1 1/2 rolled oats. 1 tbsp ground flax meal. 1 tbsp vanilla whey powder. pinch of salt. 1/2 cup blueberries.
