Ingredients:
1oz (23.5g) whole milk (105º F/40.56ºC)
1/2 tsp (1.5g) active dry yeast
2 cups (260g) all purpose flour
1/8 cup (25g) sugar
1 tsp (3g) salt
3 Large eggs (at room temp)
113g whipped avocado (food processor)
1 beaten egg or heavy cream for brushing top
