Quinoa poha –
क्विनोआ – 200 g (1 कप)
देशी घी – 2 Tsp
नमक – स्वादानुसार
प्याज – 1 मीडियम साइज
हरी मिर्च – 1-2
आलू – 1 मीडियम साइज़
करी पत्ता – 15-20
मूंगफली के दाने – ¼ कप
हरे मटर के दाने – ¼ कप
ग्रेटेड अदरख – ½ Tsp
तेल – 2 Tsp
राई (सरसों के दाने) – 1 Tsp
हींग – 1 पिंच
हल्दी पाउडर – ½ Tsp
जीरा पाउडर – ½ Tsp
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – ½ Tsp
धनिया पाउडर – 1 Tsp
बारीक कटी हरी धनिया की पत्तियाँ – 2-3 Tsp
नींबू – 1
Quinoa – 1 Cup (200g)
Deshi ghee – 2 Tsp
Salt – According to taste
Onion – 1 Medium size
Green Chili – 1-2
Potato – 1 Medium sized
Curry leaves – 15-20
Peanut – ¼ Cup
Green Peas – ¼ Cup
Grated ginger – ½ Tsp
Oil – 2 Tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 Tsp
Hing (Asafoetida) – 1 pinch
Turmeric powder – ½ Tsp
Cumin powder – ½ Tsp
Red Chilli Powder – ½ Tsp
Coriander powder – 1 Tsp
Finely chopped green coriander leaves – 2-3 Tsp
Lemon – 1
