3 Layer Bread Sandwich Recipe.. It is a healthy, filling and tasty breakfast/ lunch recipe.. Can be made quickly if you have chopped veggies!!

🍒Ingredients List
Ingredients:-
Red Chilli Sauce(( According to taste))
Tomato Ketchup ((optional))
Green Chutney:- 4-5 Tbsp
Hung Curd:- 4 Tbsp
Sev :For garnishing ((optional))
Jeera:1 Tsp
Chaat Masala: 1Tbsp
Butter/Ghee/Oil : Depending upon choice
Oregano :-1 Tsp
Red Chilli flakes: 1 Tsp (optional)
Carrot:1 grated
cucumber:1 finely chopped
Onion: 1 finely chopped
Tomato : 1 finely chopped
Boiled Corns: 3-4 Tbsp
Shimla Mirch : 1 finely chopped
Beetroot: 1/2 finely chopped (optional)
Salt ((according to taste))
Red chilli powder:1 Tsp
🍒Steps
Method:-
1.Take a bowl & mix all the veggies with other spices, oregano and chilli flakes.
2.Mix Tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce.
3.Take 3 bread slices
4. Apply green chutney on 1st, sauce mix on 2nd and curd on 3rd one.
5. Start by putting the veggie mix on slice 1 followed by slice to and place them on each other.
6.Now cover them with slice 3
7. Heat a pan.. Put some oil/ghee/butter and jeera
8. Place the sandwich on jeera and cook from one side.
9. Apply butter again and cook from other side as well.
10.Cut it in two halves.. Garnish with sev and Serve Hot
11.Apply green chutney on 1st buttered bread slice
12.Apply hung curd on 2nd buttered bread slice
13.Apply red chilli sauce on 3rd buttered bread slice
14.Ten put veggies mixture on 1st brad slice and 2 nd also then cover sandwich with 3rd bread slice.
15.Heat tawa and put some ghee/oil/butter and then put some jeera and then place sandwich on jeera and cook it from one side
16.Then again put some ghee/oil/butter on tawa and cook sandwich from another side
17.Now sandwich ready and cut it into 2 pieces and garnish it with some sev and serve hot.
