In this video, I will show you how to make mashed cauliflower taste just like potatoes, yum!!!
Here is the recipe I used, you will need:
One head of Cauliflower, (210 calories)
half block of fat free cream cheese, (120 calories)
1 cup of Silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk, (30 calories)
4 tbsp of Land O’ Lakes butter, (280 calories)
1/4 – 1/2 cup of chopped green onions, (16 calories)
salt and pepper to taste, (optional)
McCormick Molasses Bacon Seasoning (optional)
Total Carbs: 53
Total Calories: 656
Makes 4 BIG servings:
