Dry fruits with milk provide you with fiber that is helpful in preventing constipation. These dry fruits milk are rich in vitamins and proteins; they also boost immunity and prevent lifestyle diseases such as cholesterol and diabetes. Including almonds, cashews, walnuts (and more) as well as seeds in your diet is a great way to help your hair, skin and nails. Nuts are a good source of protein, vitamin E & B vitamins. Nuts, particularly walnuts are great sources of omega-6 fats.

Best to drink in the morning as breakfast for weight losers or 30 minutes before workout or for kids above 5 who play all day outside.
