Super healthy and nutritious alternative for a quick tea time snack.

 • Roast makhana (Fox Nuts) till it is crisp(takes about 8- 10 minutes on medium flame)
 • Roast peanuts separately or add after 5 mins
 • Cool for some time and then mix it with veggies of your choice
 • Add salt, pepper, cumin powder/ chat masala
 • Add green chutney and tamarind chutney for extra punch
 • Squeeze lemon juice and its ready to be relished
