Alternating between low vol high cal meals and high vol low cal meals for the day. In this video I show you guys some recipes that help you gain weight or lose weight. High volume low calorie meals tend to be protein rich meals less in fat containing a bunch of food, thus keeping you full due to the protein content and amount of food you have to eat. Low volume high calorie meals tend to be high in fat since fats have more calories per gram than protein and carbs do, which generally makes these meals lower in size and easier to eat whilst containing lots of calories.
