Ingredients
1/2 cup diced prunes
1/2 cup diced dried apricots
1/2 cup diced dried kiwi
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 cup coconut oil
4 oz boiling water
2 eggs
2/3 cup honey
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Bake 350F for 35-40 mins
Pan size 9” x 4” x 3”
