Assalamualaikum and Hello my dear YouTube family members. I hope you are doing absolutely great and enjoying summer to the full extent. Many of our kids don’t like salads to eat, they are very picky as well.
In this video I have shown you how to make super delicious, healthy, refreshing salad which is very good for not only to adults as well as very good for kids.
This healthy salad combines with so many rich flavors like Sweetness from the mango, freshness from the herbs(cilantro, mint leaves,), crunch from the cucumber, onions, Bell peppers and spice hit from green chillies. If you are a core vegan salad eater then this recipe is specially meant for you.😊

Now Let’s see the recipe.

1. Chop onions, cucumber, Bell peppers, Mango, lettuce, cilantro, mint, green chillies,cherry tomatoes, cabbage and keep aside.
2. In a mixing bowl add all chopped veggies followed with 2 tsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tsp salt or As per the taste, 1 tsp chat masala powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, Olive oil and mix everything well.
3. Take out in a serving dish and enjoy.
