Grab your Ingredients 👇🏻
1 eggplant 🍆 sliced lengthwise (thin)
1 can of italian crushed tomatoes (mixed herbs)
(If you dont have italian tomatoes, simply blend 2-3 tomatoes and season with any mixed herb or italian herb)
2 tbsp tomato paste
Spices as per taste:
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Ground Paprika
Mixed herbs
Cajun hot seasoning
Salt 🧂
Cheese mixture:
1 egg
4tbsp heaped ricotta cheese
4-5 tbsp heaped grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp italian herbs
Additional ingredients:
Mozarella cheese as required for layering and final topping
Oregano
