Easiest Healthy Creamy Chicken Pasta

Total time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
• 1/2 medium yellow onion
• 3 TBS (42.5g) unsalted butter
• 8 oz (226g) spinach
• 8 oz (226g) fettuccine pasta
• 10 oz (285g) chicken breast
• 1 TBS (12g) flour
• 1 1/2 cup (355 mL) 2% milk
• 1/4 cup (59 mL) heavy cream
• salt (about 1/3 (2g) tsp), pepper (a pinch to 1/4 tsp (0.6g)) to taste
Instruction:
1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package’s instructions.
2. Dice onion. Turn heat to medium, add butter and onion into a large pan. Stir occasionally.
3. In the meantime, chop spinach.
4. Slice chicken into thin pieces. Add chicken into the pan. Stir until white.
5. Add flour, stir until not visible.
6. Add milk, heavy cream, reduce heat and simmer until slightly thicken.
7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
8. Add spinach, stir until slightly wilted.
9. Add cooked pasta. Stir for a minute.
10. Taste, add more salt/pepper if needed.
11. Done
