Ingredients:
-Organic grass fed NY strip steak (I used 0.68lb)
-Kinder’s buttery steakhouse seasoning
-Salt and pepper to taste
Onion(sliced to add to the salad when you will serve it.
-Olive oil (1 or 2 tbsp, depending on how much you want to cook your steak in)
For the salad:
-Iceberg lettuce and red cabbage sliced and chopped and mixed together.
-Cherry tomatoes
Directions:
Season the steak and cook it for about 20 min (10 min on each side). I cooked mine for 20 min because I like mine well done. So, if you like yours rare, it’ll take less time.
Once the steak is done, add it to your salad and enjoy!
