Best winter season breakfast preparation method:- Add ragi flour, curd, ginger, green chilli, cumin, onion, coconut, curry leaves, coriander leaves, capsicum, carrot & salt in a bowl mix well. Add water, make soft dough. Heat iron dosa tawa, place one handful dough, evenly spread. Pour 1 tbsp oil & ghee cook for 3 min each side. Then serve hot with chutney or raita.
