This salmon salad recipe is healthy and easy to make! Salmon is full of protein, vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids. Salmon is my favorite fish.
I baked salmon to preserve more nutrients. You need to bake it until it is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork. I didn’t use butter as many recipes say but used olive oil and lemon juice marinade for the salmon.
This salmon salad is loaded with healthy vegetables. I made my own homemade dressing too. No mayo in this recipe.

INGREDIENTS for the salmon salad:
3 salmon fillet
10 oz Romaine lettuce, chopped
8-10 radishes
1/2 English cucumber
1/2 red onion
feta cheese to sprinkle
1/2 avocado

SALMON MARINADE:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 lemon
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic

DRESSING:
1/2 lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
salt, black pepper to taste
