Strawberries Chia Pudding! Start your day with this healthy breakfast chai pudding. Packed full of delicious flavor it’s like having dessert for breakfast!! Perfect for meal prep too!
Chia Seed Pudding Recipe
4 tbsp chai seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tsp maple syrup
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
5 strawberry
2 tbsp unsweetened vegan yogurt (i like @so_delicious unsweetened vanilla)
Mix together chai seeds with vanilla, syrup and milk. Mash strawberries and add to chai seeds with yogurt. Add to a jar and refrigerate overnight or for at 30 minutes. Enjoy!
