Watermelon popsicles
Ingredients –
* Water melon – 3 cups
* Pineapple – 1 cup
* Mint leaves – 2 tablespoons
* Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
* Pink salt or kala Namak – 1/4 teaspoon

Spicy Chicken pancake
Ingredients –
* Chicken mince – 1/2 kg
* Oats flour- 1/2 cup
* Gram flour – 1/2 cup – besan
* Salt – as per taste
* Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
* Coriander / Dhaniya powder – 1 teaspoon
* Garam masala – 1/4 teaspoon
* Cumin /Zeera powder -1/4 teaspoon
* Green chilli chopped or juice – 1 tablespoon
* Ginger / garlic paste – adrak / lasan – 1 tablespoon
* Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon
* Chilli sauce – 1 tablespoon
* Turmeric /Haldi – 1/2 teaspoon
* Ajinomoto – 1/4 teaspoon ( optional )
* Water – as required
* Oil – 2 tablespoons just for greasing the pan

Chocolate chips energy balls
Ingredients-
* Soaked dates – 1 cup
* Oats – 1/2 cup
* Almonds – 1/2 cup
* Shredded Coconut – 1/2 cup
* Chocolate chips – 1/2 cup
Blend dates , almonds and oats together.
Add coconut and chocolate chips
Make a balls and keep in a fridge for 2 weeks in an airtight container.
Matar Paneer rice –
Ingredients-
* Brown rice – 2 cups – soaked for 5-6 hours
* Oil – 1 tablespoons
* Ginger/garlic paste -adrak / lasan – 1 tablespoon
* Onions/piyaz – 1 medium- chopped
* Tomato / tamater – 1 large – blended
* Paneer – 200gms / 1 cup – mashed
* Green peas / matar – 1 cup
* Salt – as per taste
* Red chilli powder / lap Mirch – 1/2 teaspoon
* Coriander/ dhaniya powder – 1 teaspoon
* Garam masala powder- 1/4 teaspoon
* Cumin / Zeera powder- 1/4 teaspoon
* Plum / Aalu bhukhara- 3-4 – soaked in warm water
* Green chillies – 2/4
* Coriander leaves / haradhaiya- 1/4 cup – chopped
* Mint leaves / podina – 1/4 cup chopped
* Water – as required to boil rice and saute masala
Grapeslaw –
Ingredients- vegetables
* Cabbage – shredded- 3 cups
* Carrots – shredded – 1 cup
* Grapes – cut into half – 2 cups
* Parsley – chopped – 1/2 cup
Ingredients for dressing-
* Curd – 1 cup
* Honey – 2-3 tablespoons
* Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
* Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
* Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
Mix all things well and add into shredded vegetables .. make jars or boxes keep in the fridge for 3-4 days . Or serve fresh.
