Quick and Easy Healthy Tilapia Sandwich Wrap Recipe

This Healthy Menu is easy to make, rich in nutrients and definitely more delicious because it uses Tilapia fish fillet as the main protein, various vegetables that are rich in fiber, vitamins & minerals, and whole grain bread which is rich in fiber and filling.
The combination of the color of the vegetables, the crunchy texture, and the soft fish when chewed seem to bring back the spirit to return to work during the day.
Recipe:
● 150 gr Tilapia fish fillet
● Corn Starch
● Salt & Pepper to taste
● Vegetable oil for pan-frying
● 3 slices of Wheat Bread
● 2 eggs
Homemade Mayonnaise
(you can use instant mayonnaise)
● 2 large egg yolks
● 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
● 237 ml olive oil
● Pinch of fine salt
Vegetables :
● Green Lettuce
● Purple Cabbage
● Carrot
● Onion
● Tomato
