1 cup leftover Idli Batter
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup tomato
1/4 cup grated beetroot
1 green chilli
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste (i already had in the batter)

For tempering
1 tsp. Oil
1/4 tsp. Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp. Asafoetida
1/4 tsp. Urad dal
3-4 curry leaves
