3 Refreshing Summer Coolers

Humid days call for frosty sips! With the beginning of summer, we think of many ways to beat the heat. During summer, juices and cold liquids gives you great relief from heat. But rather buying cool drinks which we all know does immense harm to our bodies, make these natural drinks and juices, which are healthy and quite high on the taste as well, and nourish our body with the right nutrients.

These cold and flavorful combinations help you to beat the heat and feels refreshed and relaxed.

1.Gooseberry Mint Juice

Ingredients

Gooseberry – 2-3 Nos.
Mint – 5 – 8 Leaves
Green Chilli – Half Piece
Water (Cold) – 1 Glass
Salt – to taste

Process

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Sieve and serve instantly for better taste.

2.Lemon Mint Cooler

Ingredients

Lemon – 2 Nos.
Mint Leaves – Handful
Ginger – a small piece
Sugar – 3 Tbs
Water (Cold)– 1 Glass

Process

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Sieve and serve instantly for better taste.

3.Gooseberry Buttermilk

Ingredients

Gooseberry – 2-3 Nos
Ginger- a small piece
Green Chilli – 1 Small
Curd – ½ Cup
Salt – to taste
Water (Cold) – 1 Glass

Process

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
