1/2 tsp desi ghee for roast makhana

15 gram Lotus seeds ( Makhana )

1/2 Cup Curd

1/2 Apple 🍎

1/2 Banana 🍌

1 Tbsp Chia seeds

2 Tbsp honey

Garnish with crushed peanuts and small apple 🍎 pieces

Recipe 2 Lotus seeds ( makhana )

1/2 tsp Desi ghee

15 gram Lotus seeds

1/2 Cup low fat curd

Onion 🧅 1 ( chopped )

Tomato 🍅 1 ( chopped ) without pulp

Coriander leaves ( chopped )

Salt to taste

Black pepper 2 to 3 pinch

Roasted Cumin powder 1/4 TSP

Crushed roasted peanuts 2 Tbsp
