Ingredients
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 ripe banana
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9-inch greased baking dish with parchment paper.
• In a food processor or blender, combine cocoa, sugar, banana, avocado, eggs, baking powder, vanilla and salt. Process until mixture is smooth.
• Pour batter into prepared baking dish and sprinkle the top of the batter with chocolate chips.
• Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until center cooked through.
• Allow brownies to cool and slice into small squares or use your favorite cookie cutters to create shapes.
• Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 48 hours, if they last for any duration! ❤
These brownies are so gooey and fudgy! A great way to use overripe avocados and bananas but also satisfy your sweet tooth!
