Dark Chocolate Almond Delight
32 snack pieces

Ingredients
2 cups almonds
4 oz dark Chocolate
2 tablespoons honey

1. Place the chopped chocolate into the microwave and cook at high for one minute. Remove from the microwave and stir with a fork.
2. Mix the almonds, (maple syrup or honey and mix)*; add chocolate and mix again.
3. Transfer to a piece of parchment paper and spread them out with a fork.
4. Refrigerate them for 10 minutes, please place the chocolate-covered almonds face down over another parchment paper. Peel off the paper originally used.
5. Enjoy.
