Michelle’s Weight Loss Vlog Low-Fat, Low-Sugar Pumpkin Muffins
Serves 12 128 calories per muffin 3.7 g fat, 21.8 g carbs, 2.9 g protein

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 can organic pumpkin puree
2 egg whites
1/2 cup water
2 TB organic canola oil
2/3 cup organic cane sugar
1 cup organic whole wheat pastry flour
1/3 cup organic whole flaxseeds (ground)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves

Mix wet ingredients then add sugar, mix well and add dry ingredients and mix well.

Fill 12 muffin cups and bake for 30 minutes
