150 g (1 cup + ½ cup) of oatmeal flour

1/2 tsp of sea salt

2 tbsp agave nectar

2 tsp baking powder

50 g (¼ cup) tapioca starch

2 tbsp olive oil

2 medium eggs

1 tbsp apple vinegar

1 tsp pumpkin spice mixture
