Vegan, plant-based weight loss RECIPES:
Breakfast 1: Tofu Scramble
Crumbled tofu
1/4 tsp garlic or garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
any veggie
– side of fruit

Breakfast 2: Oat Banana Walnut Pancakes

I eat with a large side of veggies or fruit

Breakfast 3: Breakfast hash
3 small potatoes cut into cubes
Any veggies, I love zucchini, mushroom, peppers
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
Top with avocado and hot sauce

Breakfast 4: Chocolate and Strawberry Oat bake

I eat with a large side of veggies or fruit
