Quantity of stuffing and spices can be of your choice.

Ingredients:
1/4 tsp red chili powder/ black powder
1/4 tsp oil
2-3 tbsp mung beans
salt to taste
extra ( 3-4 tsp) oil needed to fry parathas.

For Mung been paratha:
1. Wheat wheat flour or all purpose flour Chapati dough is needed.
2. Boil, fully cook and drain water from mung beans. and let them
cool down before making parathas.
3. Roll out dough and put mung beans and spices of your choice. I
used only red chili powder, salt and oil.
4. Combine the stuffing and bind dough firmly into square shape
and roll it out . It is not important to roll paratha into round
shape.
5. When frying skillet should be really hot and use enough oil.
