Every sweetener is different i used erythritol u can use sweetener according to uours…

1/4cup almond milk=10cal
1 small egg 38 grams=54cal
2tbap cocoa unsweet(16g)=20cal
1/4tsp baking powder(1.5g)
1/8tsp baking soda(pinch)
1/4tsp vanilla essence
1tsp sweetener
50 grams mashed banana=45cal
1/2tsp light butter for greasing tray=11cal
walnuts(optional)
low cal chocolate ganache=4cal

total=212kcal for whole dessert
cut into 8 pieces
