Y’all this is some yummy, guilt free banana bread that the whole family is gonna love! As a matter of fact, my son is stopping by after work to snatch up some to take home with him. I found this recipe online somewhere years ago so I sadly can’t give credit to the original recipe maker. But if there comes a time that I track them down, I’ll be sure to add the link somewhere down here! This recipe is easy and so delicious!!
Banana Bread:
1 1/2 cups self rising flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 ripe bananas
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp brown sugar (monkfruit)
3 tbsp white sugar (monkfruit again)
3 tbsp unsweet applesauce
1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans are perfect)
Preheat that oven to 350. Start by mashing up those bananas in a bowl. Add your vanilla, egg, and applesauce. Once you get that all mixed up, add those dry ingredients…flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar. Mix until just combined and then fold in those nuts. Bake in a greased loaf pan for about 45-55 mins. Or bake for about 25-30 mins if you make them into muffins.
