Hey Guys,

I am back in London and thought I show you what I currently eat in a typical day at home, preparing all meals myself! I LOVE to eat healthy and focus on using whole foods for all my recipes. Makes such a difference in how you feel ! I still do intermittent fasting, never fallow a specific plan though and it naturally occurs that I have a 16 hours gap in between my last meal and first meal fo the next day. I tend to not eat after 7 or 8 pm and then have my first meal at 11 or 12 the next day. (And ideally get a workout in the in the morning)

I have also been working on my new recipe ebook with all my favourite healthy vegan recipes and can’t wait for you to have it! All recipes are Oil / Gluten & Refined Sugar free 🙂 and its launching first of January.
