800 g cabbage, chopped (net weight)
1 carrot (130 g), finely chopped
1 onion, finely sliced
3 Tbsp oil
300 g potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup of water
1 tsp salt (to taste)
1/2 – 1 tsp crushed cumin (to taste)
4 Tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp cane sugar
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Fried tofu:
2 marinated or smoked tofu (360 g)
1 Tbsp oil

a large pan with a lid ( 28 cm)
