:: Ingredients ::
– Moong sprouts
– coriander leaves
– ginger
– cumin seeds
– green chilli
– salt
– 1 tbsp oil
:: Method::
– First, take moong sprouts and transfer them to a mixer jar
– Add coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, cumin seeds and a little water
– Blend it and make a smooth batter
– Add salt to taste and mix well
– Heat the tawa and spread dosa batter
– Now half tbsp oil
– cook until the dosa turns golden brown
– flip over and cook well
– Enjoy the sprouts Dosa
