Recipe Ingredients :
Banana – 10
Corn flour – 2tsp
Sugar – 1cup
Ghee – 5 tsp
Cashew nuts – 2tsp chopped
water – as required
Procedure :
Take a mixer grinder and add bananas, corn flour,water as required and grind it into a fine paste.
Take a pan and add sugar and water and cook in medium flame until carmalised sugar syrup is achieved.
Add 100ml of water to the sugar syrup once the stove is turned off to reduce the temperature of the syrup.
Let it stay aside.
Take another pan, add 2tsp of ghee and add chopped cashews. Then add the ground Banana paste to the pan and cook the paste on medium flame until the mixture starts to roll on pan.
Add ghee as required, and stir and cook until halwa is completely ready.
Transfer the halwa to a greased plate or bowl and let it cool.
Serve the halwa 🙂
