Ingredients:
Peri Peri Chilly – 3 Pcs
Ginger – 1 T.Spoon
Garlic – 1 T.Spoon
Lemon Juice – 2 T.Spoon
Lettuce – 1 Cup
Spinach – 1 Cup
Onion – 1 Cup
Spring Onion – 1 Cup
Asparagus – As Required
Salt – As Per taste
To Marinate:
Peri Peri Chilly – 3 Pcs
Ginger – 1 T.Spoon
Garlic – 1 T.Spoon
Lemon Juice – 1 T.Spoon
Salt – As per taste
Preparation Method:
*Clean the chicken breast & keep it ready.
*Marinate with the paste and keep for 30 minutes.
*After 30 minutes fry the chicken and cut in to small pieces.
Salad Preparation:
*Take cup of spinach,lettuce,onion,tomato and cut in to small pieces.
*In a glass bowl add the herbs along with lemon juice,pepper,mustard honey and salt.
*Mix well and serve with chicken
*Our healthy chicken salad is ready.
