I used my Ninja 15 in 1 to cook this delicious meal but alternatively use the hob and transfer to a slow cooker.

INGREDIENTS (Serves 4) – 528 Calories per portion
(this included my portion of pasta, 460 Calories before adding a Carb of your choice)
1 tsp Olive Oil
6 skinless and boneless Chicken Thighs
1 Chorizo Ring chopped into small Chunks or use frozen diced chorizo
1 Onion peeled and chopped (red or white)
1 clove of Garlic Minced (or use lazy garlic)
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
400g Tin tomatoes
350ml Water
1 tsp Honey

Save with Pasta, Mash Potato, Sweet Potato or Rice
