This is a very healthy breakfast recipe must try by the sugar patients and who are on diet. Take 1 cup of urad dal 2 cups of white jowar soak them over night. Next morning grind together in a wet grinder. This mixture is used for idly, dosa, uttapam, even for paniyaram. This is a very healthy breakfast option.
