Recipes:
▶️Poached Fish
👉2 TBS butter
3/4 c white wine
salt and pepper to taste
2 TBS capers
juice of one lemon, 2-3 TBS
parsley, minced
2 cloves minced garlic
▶️French Onion Chicken and Rice
👉1 c uncooked rinsed rice
1 c beef broth
1 can French onion soup
4 TBS butter
bake @ 350 for 40 minutes, top with cooked chicken and smother in Swiss cheese. bake covered ten to fifteen minutes until cheese is melty and bubbly
▶️Focaccia Bread
👉I use my sourdough starter for this recipe but you don’t have to.
1 1/4 tsp instant yeast
1 c warm water
2 c flour
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt
I knead this for 8 minutes then cover and let it sit most of the day. Once it has risen and rested I pour olive oil in the bottom of the dish I am going to bake the bread in and spread the dough on the pan, it will be very liquidy compared to other bread doughs. I let it rise at least half an hour then poke it with my fingers, drizzle olive oil on top, top it with my kinders seasoning and let it sit another half hour then bake at 400 for 20 minutes. To brown the top and make it delicious I place it under the broiler for 5-10 minutes and it is tasty and delicious!
