Dehydration
Dehydration is a condition in which the water level of the body falls drastically. It happens when your body loses more fluid than it takes in.

Symptoms to look for:
• Diarrhoea, vomiting, fever & sweating

Food groups to consume in eczema:
1. Liquids: To avoid dehydration
Foods to consume: Liquids such as juices, smoothies, shakes, buttermilk, soups, fresh lime water, coconut water, and electoral
2. Foods with high water content
Foods to consume: Muskmelon, watermelon, oranges, sweet lime, bananas, pineapple, kiwi, and litchi. Also eat cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, green leafy vegetables and yogurt

Recipes based on the above food groups:
Recipe 1: Fruit juice
1. Cut and deseed about a bowl of melon
2. Add it to a blender
3. Also add 1 juiced lemon in it
4. Then add ½ glass coconut water
5. Now add 2-3 mint leaves
6. Add a tiny piece of ginger as well
7. Now, blend all these ingredients together
8. Make sure to serve chilled
Recipe 2: Yogurt accompaniment
1. Beat 150 gm of yogurt well
2. Then add, ½ chopped cucumber in it
3. Now add ½ chopped tomato as well
4. Also add a few chopped coriander leaves
5. Add a few chopped mint leaves too
6. Now, add 1 chopped green chilli
7. Add a pinch of black pepper and salt to taste
8. Then add ½ tsp cumin seed powder
9. Mix all these ingredients well
10. Make sure to serve chilled

• Refrain from a very high protein diet
• Avoid, fried, junk & processed foods
