► 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗢: I teach you how to make chia seed pudding with chocolate. It is a low carb option for weight loss. Chia seeds are rich source of fiber and omega 3 fatty acids. High fiber helps to reduce cholesterol.
Here is how I made this delicious healthy chia seeds pudding
Ingredients:
1-1/2tbs Chia seeds
1/4th Cup water
1/4th tsp instant coffee
2tbs water
1tsp Cacao powder
1/4th tsp vanilla extract
4-6 drops stevia or as per taste
1 cup full fat yogurt
Direction:
In a glass add chias seeds and 1/4th Cup water. Then stir well and let it sit for 30mins. After 30mins stir again to avoid any clumps of chia seeds. Now make chocolate paste by adding 1tsp of cacao powder and instant coffee in 2tbs of water. Mix well until become a smooth paste.
Now take 1 cup of full fat yogurt. in a serving glass add chia chocolate mixture and then fill with yogurt. You can sweetened yogurt with 2-4drops of stevia if you prefer more sweet pudding.
Now let it sit in fridge for few hours and then ☺️
