Pocket recipes brings out to you a recipe on how to make moong dal dosa. This instant moong dal dosa recipe is really easy to make. This pesarattu recipe is very delicious. Bonus video of nariyal chutney also included

In a bowl take two cups of yellow moong dal and arhar or toor dal
Wash and Soak the dal for 2 hours
After Soaking the dal, transfer it to a mixer blender
Add fresh coconut bits
One Green Chilli
Add Ginger
Add little water for blending
Blend this to a fine paste
Transfer the blended paste to a bowl . Cover and keep aside for 45 minutes

For coconut chutney, add 300 grams coconut bis to a blender
Add 15 grams soaked chana
Add One Green Chilli
Add Ginger bits
Add little water for blending
Add Salt to taste
Blend this to a coarse chutney
Transfer to a bowl and keep in chiller
For chutney tempering , heat coconut and gingelly oil in a pan
Add 1/2 Tsp Methi or Fenugreek seeds
Add 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
Add 1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds
Add 3-4 boriya chilli or round red chilli
Add curry leaves
Heat to release the flavors
Temper the chutney

For the dosa chili mix, add 1 tsp red chilli powder in a bowl
Add 1 Tsp Sambhar Powder
Add coconut oil
Add coconut paste
Mix well

For Dosa , to the batter add salt to taste
Mix well
Spread out the dosa batter in a heated pan
Spread out in a circular pattern
Add 1-2 Tsp Dosa Chili Mix
Spread around evenly
add grated paneer
Add chopped coriander leaves
Add chopped onions
Check for cooking by lifting the sides
Once done lift and turn over the side to the other half
Serve hot with coconut chutney, dosa chili mix and curry leaf chutney
