Sprouted Moong & Palak Dosa
Bringing Iron & Protein together in this low-carb super quick dosa. Very beneficial for those following weight loss journey. Recipe is easy
Ingredients :
For Dosa:-
1.5 cup Sprouted Moong (alternatively soaked Moong or Moong Dal can be used)
1.5 cup chopped Spinach (Palak)
1 small Ginger Knob
1 Garlic Clove
Green Chillies (as per taste)
Water (as required)
2 tbs Curd (Dahi – optional)
Salt as per taste
Oil
For Paneer stuffing:-
50 gm Paneer
Finely chopped veggies (Onion, Carrot, Coriander & Green Chillies)
Salt as per taste
Method :
In a mixer jar, take 1.5 cup Sprouted Moong
Add 1.5 cup chopped Palak
Add 1 small Ginger Knob
Add 1 Garlic Clove
Add Green Chillies (as per taste)
Add Water (as required)
Add 2 tbs Curd (Dahi – optional)
Grind it to a smooth batter
Add salt as per taste mix it and keep aside
Take a mixing bowl to make paneer stuffing
Add 50 gm Paneer
Add finely chopped veggies (Onion, Carrot, Coriander & Green Chillies)
Add Salt as per taste mix it and keep aside
Let’s quickly start making dosa
Add 1/2 tsp Oil and wipe with a tissue
Pour batter and spread it around with the help of spoon
Keep stuffing on it
Drizzle some Oil around
Cook until it’s golden-brown from the base
(If you want you can flip and cook other side too)
Fold dosa in the middle and transfer on a plate
(Make more dosas with the same procedure)
Serve it as it is or with sambar & chutney
