Healthy Breakfast Egg Burrito (gluten-free & grain-free.)

This healthy egg breakfast burrito is so simple to make. It’s incredibly satisfying, customizable, and made with wholesome ingredients. Feel free to add in your favorite burrito fixings!

Ingredients:
⏺️ 1 @sietefoods grain-free burrito tortilla.
⏺️ 3 @vitalfarms pasture-raised eggs, whisked.
⏺️ 1/2 Tbsp grass-fed butter.
⏺️ 1 tsp @simplyorganicfoods paprika.
⏺️ Himalaya pink salt, to taste.
⏺️ @organicgirl spinach, chopped.
⏺️ Organic roasted Japanese sweet potatoes (priorly roasted at 425 F for 35 minutes. Sprayed with @chosenfoods avocado oil and seasoned with paprika, Himalayan pink salt, and garlic powder.)
⏺️ @primalkitchenfoods Ketchup
⏺️ @arizonapepperproducts jalapeño pepper sauce.

Let’s Cook:
1️⃣ In a bowl add the eggs, paprika & salt. Mix until well combined.
2️⃣ Heat up your pan over medium heat (I used my @theoriginalgreenpan .) Add the butter, allow it to melt, and coat the entire pan with butter.
3️⃣ Cook the eggs.
4️⃣ Warm up the tortilla (15 seconds per side.)
5️⃣ Fill the tortilla with eggs, potatoes, spinach, ketchup, and jalapeño sauce.
6️⃣ Fold one-half of the tortilla over the filling and tuck it in. Tuck in the left and right sides of the tortillas as you roll.
7️⃣ Cut in half and enjoy 👅!
