4 slimming world dinner ideas all under 3.5 syns or less.
These are my go to favourite meals they are all so delicious and I highly recommended.
If you are cooking for just yourself then freeze/store in fridge the other portions, if there is any meats or seasonings you don’t like just switch it up for something else you do like 🙂

Meal 1:
BBQ beef quesadillas 1.5 syns
BBQ sauce 1 tbsp- 1 syn
Topped with 1 tbsp sriracha – 0.5 syns (optional)
Less than 5% fat mince beef
Weight watchers wrap (B choice)
Cheddar cheese 40g (A choice)
Tomato paste
BBQ seasoning/mixed herbs/salt, pepper/chilli&paprika

Meal 2:
Chicken, sweet potato and spinach stew
Reduced fat coconut milk- 3.5 syns per serving (100ml the whole can is 400ml)
Chicken breast
Sweet potatoes
Spinach
Mushrooms
Chicken stock
Tomato paste
Fresh limes
Soy sauce
Garlic, ginger and lime paste

Meal 3:
King prawn creamy linguine – 3 syns or can do less
King prawns or any meat alternative
Peas
Linguine or any pasta
Lighter crème fraiche- 1 syn per level tbsp I used 3 for 3 syns
Veg stock
Fresh garlic

Meal 4:
Nando’s style chicken and spicy rice- free (optional syns for sauce on top)
Chicken thighs (removed fat) or use chicken breast
Rice
Peppers
Onion
Tomato paste
Chicken stock
Seasonings I used – salt,pepper,onion powder, paprika, chilli and paprika mix, cumin, turmeric, Mexican mix of seasoning, chilli paste (alternative use Nando’s rub)
Sriracha sauce- 0.5 syns per level tbsp
