Homemade Healthy BREAD. Bread stays fresh and tasty for a long time

4 cups water room temperature
2 tbsp sugar
3 tsp salt
4 tbsp molasses or hony
150 g homemade yeast – sourdough
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cups dark rye flour
4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/3 cups bread flour
1 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp flax seeds powder
bake 30 min 440F with lid + 25-30 min 400F without lid
