Banana bread is such a classic dessert recipe, and I finally perfected a high protein, lower calorie version – you guys are gonna love it 🙂
Here are the ingredients and macros for the recipe. Directions can be found in the video!

PROTEIN BANANA BREAD

Macros (1 slice):
158 cals, 9.5P, 20.5C, 5F

Ingredients (makes 8 slices):
-110g all purpose flour
-70g vanilla protein (I used @PEScienceOfficial – discount code FIT15)
-75g brown sugar substitute (I used Lakanto – discount code FIT15)
-5g cinnamon
-4g baking powder
-4g baking soda
-5ml vanilla extract
-1 egg
-65g light butter/margarine
-400g bananas
-25g chocolate chunks (optional, not included in macros)
