250 gms Beans
2 tsp Oil
2 Small Onions
1 tsp Tadka(Musturd, Jeera, Urad Dal, Channa Dal, Red Chilli)
1 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tbsp Coriander
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Water

FOR THE MASALA
2 tbsp Dry Coconut
1 tsp Jeera
4-5 Cloves Garlic
Salt- To Taste

METHOD
1. Boil the beans using half cup of water, 1/2 tsp turmeric and 1 tsp salt.
2. For the masala – Add coconut, red chilli powder, jeera, 1 tsp salt and garlic.
3. In a pan, add oil, tadka, onions & salt to fry onions and saute for 3-4 minutes.
4. Now add the beans, fry for 4-5 mins and then add turmeric & coconut masala.
5. Saute for 2 minutes, then add the chopped coriander and turn off the flame.
6. Beans fry is ready to serve with hot rice or roti.
