Method of preparation:

1. Peel the raw banana’s outer layer.
2. Cut into round pieces and soak in water.
3. In a plate, add red chilly, salt, turmeric, oil, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste & water.
4. Make a thick paste.
5. Add the raw banana in the paste and coat it all over.
6. In another plate, add rawa (sooji rawa).
7. Coat the rawa all over the raw banana.
8. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry this raw banana.
9. Fry until golden brown.
10. Serve hot with coffee or tea.

**TIPS & TRICKS**
1. You can add extra spices to the rawa also for extra flavour.
2. You can deep fry or air fry as well.
3. Coat the raw banana in the paste and rawa well or else it’ll break into the oil.
