Our easy homemade chicken noodle soup recipe is the perfect healthy comfort food for when you need a pick me up.

Nourishing and full of vitamins and minerals, this classic dish will be a family favourite!

Each serving is less than 250 calories but with a generous 25g of protein and 4g fibre, so it’ll keep you fuller for longer.

You will need:
• 2 chicken breasts
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 litre chicken stock
• 100g whole wheat noodles
• 2 carrots, finely diced
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp red chilli flakes
• 100g spinach
• 50g tinned sweetcorn, drained
• Low-calorie oil spray
